Doug was born and raised in Montana, graduating from Montana State University in Agriculture Economics. Doug grew the Montana One Call business out of a classic telephone cord-board system into the highly sophisticated system it is today. Doug usually answers the office phone. He strongly believes in hometown values and knowing his customers.
The Montana One Call Center facility is in Kalispell, Montana. Kalispell is located in the northwest corner of Montana, near Glacier Park and Flathead Lake. We’re Montana owned and operated, and we do not out-source any of our call handling procedures; everything is handled through our Montana facilities.
